 Azureus music downloads help needed

Ive download azureus and having a bit of a problem. when its downloading a song/album it says 'dont have a remote connection, you may have a NAT problem'. i can see where to change the NAT code but dont know what to change it to and if i shud as i know f all about NAT! help please!
