Hi

Looking for advise as I have a NDS and been using R4 card but had a bit of trouble loading new games - is there a site which can provide updated firmware?

I'm also having to get nipper NDSL 4xmas........what is best and easiest card to use these days?? so many 2 choose - so best advise and tips on where/who to pick em up would be very grateful.............thanx all

just try the r4 website the latest firmware is 1.18.eh some people r havin probs with cards in the new coloured ds lites including me so if your getin another ds get a black or white one mate all cards work ithink r4 or n5 cards r gud at the mo

That is just a fake R4 with hacked glitchy firmware. If you're going to buy a new card go for the Acekard 2 or EDGE.

maybe a fake not sure how u know its a fake but it will do the same job as the normal r4 and as long as it saves yourself money who cares

Its a fake because R4 never made a 3rd version. I know it doesn't matter it works the same as the R4 did. however even a legit r4 is now outdated. No real new firmware is being released they're all either edited version of 1.18 or reskinned YSmenu. It makes much more sense to buy one of the other cards that have official regular firmware updates considering the price difference is negligable.
