Hi all hoping to get some advice here

I bought a ps3 off ebay thats now 8 months old but the disc reader has broken somehow it wont read normal DVD's

Ive been told i can take it to game and they will change it for me is this true?

Or could i ring sony and would they fix it for me?

Any help much appreciated

If you have a receipt mate then the G/tee should be ok... without it.. you might have a bit of an issue - gotta prove its less than 12 months old I guess.

sony will replace it, just say your disk has stopped reading disks, the will swap on the door step
