Well done Hull - they had a go unlike most who come to Old Trafford. United should have won by a country mile. I was watching from the North Stand and couldn't believe how many chances were wasted. I got sick of watching Berbatov lay it off for Rooney, Tevez and Ronaldo to waste. Hull kept plugging and plugging and they got the penalty which made United sit up and realise they could be punished, from messing about with a corner.

Two good goals today - Carrick's and Mendy's lob for Hull. The referee tried his hardest to spoil the game with some strange and shocking decisions.

Although they lost, credit to Hull, a refreshing change with their approach. United nearly got caught out for their profligacy. I came away with the feeling of a defeat despite winning 4-3, when it really should have been 6 or 7.

United need to sort out the finishing for the Celtic and Arsenal games. Wonderful build up play but woeful in front of goal.

I heard Liverpool are the "real deal" as the commentators were saying before tonight's match and genuine title contenders; what happened at Spurs?

Chelsea are the team to beat so far in my opinion.............

you get the feeling united think its too easy creating the amount of chances they do,the problem is complacency kicks in and they get caught out(almost today)november is a very tricky month in uniteds calender,celtic arsenal and man city to name a few and if they dontsort themselves out they could easily be on the end of wrong scores...

We will be fine.

Today was a shocker, but we will be okay. Berba is creating so many chances its pleasing, and i think the boss will patch up the errors today.

We've conceded too many from set peices this season and that needs to be sorted out.

1. against everon
2. against newcastle
3. against chelsea
4. against hull



Im very confident we can go to Arsenal next week and get a victory

Liverpool, they had to lose some time, but they are still 5 points ahead of us so its pleasing to see them lose however they are still up there early early days yet

Like I've said before , it's nearly deepest darkest winter .
