 psp not upgrading!!! help please

I have upgraded to 3.52 m33 -4, this is what it says in the infomation in settings. When i try to upgrade higher i get it either saying i need at least 3.52 m33 -3 or higher (which i have in) or it just unpacks and then hangs on "please wait" any suggestions??

i think it you change the kernal settings in the menu it will upgrade no problem
