Cats going under the knife

next month is time for my two kittens/cats to have their nads chopped and all that stuff, ive been quoted £150 for each of them to get them snipped, microchipped and all the relative health injections etc, is this about right? pets at home quoted me that. If not where else could i get it down cheaper

Our local vets charge

Neutering £30
Injections £45
Microchip £10

Your quote of £150 each seems a little steep. I would ring your local vets and get a price off them

just got a quote from regan and colleagues which is The CVS Group plc (CVS (UK) Limited) group of veterinary practices, corporate veterinary practice management throughout the country.

so i dont think ide go wrong going there or have to worry.

They quoted me £36 for casteration and pre health check
£55 for Full Vaccination stuff and colloar and food after op
£16.80 for microchipping

Looking at about £110 per cat. How does that sound ?

Pets at home quoted me £163 per cat lol for the same

Still sounds a bit expensive to me but I suppose prices vary from area to area and practice to practice so might be about right for where you live.

Look in your yellow pages or ask friends and family which one they use.
