The first week of October is a religious festival called Eid, so not a whole lot is open. Otherwise it should be similar to Greece - out of season but warm 20C+

warm during the day and you would need a light coat for the night time,can be raining a fair bit tho...it's up to luck

Usely the rainy season starts towards the end of sept. and it gets very windy so I would think october would be alot worse and as fatboyfat63 says most places become ghost towns.

been 4 times in october to marmaris its still hot during the day its been in the late 20's to 30's, always come back with a tan, had rain a few times at night, otherwise its been great, want to go back next year

for all replies have a mate going out next week so looking forward to hear what he has to say .... normally we go to the canaries at this time of year but couldn't get a good enough price to go there so we opted for turkey been before but was in august .....

just back weather great coldest day was 23 hottest was 29 8 hours sunshine every day cooler in the evenings ......would recomend to anyone dont think ill go back to the canaries again weather in turkey as good as if not better up untill the end of october and no wind ....eating out was a lot cheaper too .....
