I want to store some DVD's on my laptop to watch while on holiday rather than carry disks, I've used Windows Media Player, Winamp and Nero Showtime to watch DVDs on the PC but wondered what other people recommend as the best software?

Also, a lot of the films I download are ISO files, I know I can use something like ISObuster to get at the video files but is there any software that will play the movie when its an ISO file?

Well if you want to rip your DVD's and store them on your HDD for hols then use DVD Decrypter it's easy as pie. If you have DVDRs downloaded and want to store without burning but still watch use Daemon tools for ISO's and other images, if you have downloaded VOB's and not images then just open up VLC/PowerDVD and select play from HDD not Disc then click on the right vob.

Thanks, I downloaded VLC last night and it works fine, even with ISO files
