Seem to picked up a virus, it only seems to be chucking up ads for the same things. When i'm just browsing the net.
I've got norton internet security but i must have let this one past, it's been brill up to now.
Can anybody suggest a program that can find it, and get rid of.
Don't mind paying if i got to.
It's just really getting me down.
Even tempted to factory reset, but that's last resort. _________________ Backups supplied by Dangermouse are on the understanding that you own an original copy, if not, then you must destroy it within 24hrs!

if its that bad yep only this to do is Format C...
Only other possiblity if files are throwing up errors is to make sure your hard disk not on the way out, would also be displayed as a very slow system booting and running... _________________ >>> Aktiv8 <<<

quickest and easiest way is boot form your windows installation disk and then follow on screen prompts - you will get the option to format the partition there _________________ >>> Aktiv8 <<<

was a little bit easier, as my lappy is an acer. and it has a built in "back to factory settings" program. _________________ Backups supplied by Dangermouse are on the understanding that you own an original copy, if not, then you must destroy it within 24hrs!
