I sold something on ebay, it was attempted delivery about 2 and a half weeks ago, i assumed the buyer had recieved it ect, he emails me yesterday saying he hasn't recieved the item so i tracked it for him online, it came up says no one in left a card and would re-deliver, i sent him the telephone number and tracking number so he could phone them up and get it sent back to him, i had a reply saying i had to do it because he has broken his neck and i had to sort it out, how the hell can i sort it out when i don't know if he is going to be in ect? What is the maximum amount of time they can make a claim? Is it 30 days or 60 days? Thanks

Yes paypal. Thats exactly what i said why wasn't he in? I have heard nothing from him but if i provide paypal with the tracking info saying it was attempted delivery surely they will put in my favour?

Is there anyway to see if the goods you have bought have been dispatched yet like you could see before ebay changed the format?
