 is paypal working...????

Hi. i have sold some items on ebay . and i have been paid via paypal..but my ebay acount is saying ..
payment is being processed ...and i cannot seem to log into my paypal acount..or access the help page.
is it just me that is having problems or is it happening to anyone else...ive been trying for the last few hours...
help lol
