 blu ray and hd dvd torrent files what do i do??

blu ray and hd dvd , i use a lot of torrent sites for downloading and i'm about to upgrade all my equipment to HD ,i see torrents of movies in hd dvd and blu ray 720 and 1080p, what are you supposed to do with these files after downloading them , can you burn them and watch them on a ps3 or 360 hd drive or do you have to stream them from pc to your tv

i'm confused.com Confused

has anyone put a guide on here as i cant find one anyone help please
