nothing works
Have tried the 10 sec bit but didnt work.Also tried the sofware but it said couldnt find printer. Both paper & ink lights flashing still.
When I try to print it said that internal parts need serviced. Dont want to throw it out because I have ciss on it and i think its a gr8 all round printer. _________________
if you don`t own the originals destroy the backup asap
The three button trick usually works. However, some people make the mistake of doing it with the printer ON, i.e. powered up with the lights on. That won't get you anywhere.
You have to do it in the OFF condition, i.e. plugged in but with no lights showing.

i finally did this last nite, it took me ages cos i missed the bit where it said , do it turned off, thankyou very much, all sorted _________________ -------------------------------------------------------

i have the same probm with the lights on my r300 none of it worked, but didnt want to bin it cos i got a practically new css on it...
update.. lost my temper {not renowned for my patience unfortunatley..} and punched it....
