Ok so got the installer for 4.01 software installed it but it keeps saying that there is an error saying that this program requires at least 3.53m33 to run??? any ideas?

I have got the patch to M33 -1234 but where do you install the folders psp and sel pluggins If I put them in the Game diretory and try to access from the mem stick nothing happens ..

Can anyone give me a clue

first of all what fw do you have, its it a M33 or a sony orig one?

seplugins should be in the root...they are only useable if your already running M33; you can configure plugins by entering the recovery menu (Hold R whils turnin the PSP on)

according to my system software i am run 3.52 m33 this is the hacked sofware the psp is 1.5 Jap and have upgraded to the current as time has gone on .. now for some reason I cant upate to 4.01 as it says I must run 3.55 m33 to run but I have that ..

As I said I tried m33 4 but there are only 2 files where do they go .. OR is there something else I need to install?

well you need 3.52 m33 - 3 to upgrade to a newer fw.

Upgrading all you do is download the fw off dark-alex.org and then look for the orginal PBP if needs.

i had that prob when doing one for a friend but had no prob with same psp when upgraded to 5.00 m33-3

have you tried to download the file via network update as that will put all the files into the correct files for you.
