i have 4 wii's here now with the notorious broken teeth on the same cog.

has anyone found anywhere selling them yet? has TomTom started making them yet?

i will attempt to repair these cogs tomorrow with patience and wee metal pins but would much rather buy the buggers......

Think you must have read my post, i repaired one with a metal pin superglue in place then use soldering iron to melt metal pin into place then bit of super glue on top file and emery paper edge of cog flat and jobs a good one, worked for me, you need to find a thin metal peg same thickness as the original cog teeth, i used and cut down pin out of a xbox header plug and socket which i had spare from a xbox 1 duo chip.

got a hour of scouring my odds n ends boxes planned for later, bound to find somethign that fits.

maybe you should charge for fixing them? i'd give a tenner each for repairing the ones i have......i just dont have the time.
