 Tag & Rename Help (Amazon)

Could someone please help

I have had this prog for some time and was easily able to get tags from amazon.co.uk when doing an album search however, I have since reformatted PC and reinstalled, now when I do an album search through amazon.co.uk it searches and says xxxxx bytes loaded but there are no albums listed.

Could someone help with the settings
