Im using an original copy of socom, ive tried it on 2 ps2's. My one with the ripper and my friends that has a messiah, and neither of them worked. It gives a different number everytime i press x. Got myself Call Of Duty and Ghost Recon 2.
After decrypting to an ISO file, When I try to load GR2 to the image patcher, it comes up with an error, and I cant patch the image.
When I try with Call of Duty, it says the file contains DN*s 300, and wont verify. Any ideas?

anyone got any experience with a V12 machine with Crystal..... i will have a play over the weekend see whats possible. I just dont want to get myself banned before I start

As long the code you are using is not in use at the same time you will not get banned, even if you use a backup and the DNAS detects its a backup it just fails, it only will ban you if the same code is used at the same time _________________ cheers

I got a Pal machine - but a bloody NTSC version f the game - this is obviously going to cause issues...
has anyone put a decent FAQ/Idiots guide together for getting up and going with Online games on chipped machines. Has anyone been able to make a backup that you can play online using the slimline? When I use Disc ID Utility the program will load, but when I take out the disc and put in my original and press X. All I get is 000000 error.
I've tried both the CD and the DVD version. Does anybody know more about this and whether it is just an issue with the new slimlines? _________________ You must own the original already to receive a disc from me, else destroy the copy within 24 hours
