 NDS Zip files on R4

i may be a complete spanner.........but having read stickys and other commenst still cant get to copy /paster a zipped game to work on the nds.......

any help - i have the zipped game i have unzipped using the windows unzip tool (is this ok), saved to my c drive then copied teh folder to r4......also tried just copying the files......

PLEASE HEL NIPPER DOING MY ED IN FOR NEW GAMES!!!!!!

when you unzip you only want the file with the .nds on the end

my problem seem to be that my pc is not unzipping but simply extracting files...... i have now tried to downlaod free winrar but site killed me!! Any further tips appreciatted i will battle on!!

Winrar is the one mate, never use anyting else for any .zip or .rar files.
