Hi guys am having a bit of trouble with me ipod , when i connect it through firewire to my mac it doesnt appear at all on my computer. Also the ipod sais it has lost all its music but when you check the status it sais it has its origonal amount of music.
I have investigated doing an update and tried reset but i cant get the computer to see it so therefore cannot access it. Is there a way of doing a total reformat without the use of a computer? :mrgreen:
