Dont really think there is much you can do about it except hope someone hands it in which in this day and age doesnt seem very likely

I would agree with the above and put this down to experience. Its all to sketchy and you are likely to come unstuck at worst on a bogus claim. and thats simply not worth it.

Yes making the claim for the screen fix would.

There is a prison sentance for this if caught, but usually you woudl get sued and encure costs for the company and suspended sentance or at worst (as it is minor) community service (it may be if it did go tits up they woudl nto bother over a laptop).

I personally dont think it is worth the risk. Whats crime liek in your area? Police busy? Lets face it, they are unlikely to go to the buss company and request any footage (if it was on).

But as stated above, it does not appear this is covered for outside theft? Asleep, lifted or forgotten.
