my friend has a ipod and she installed the software on my pc upgraaded to number 6 itunes and now having problems importing songs to ipod, can anyone help or know were to download itunes 5 cause she has lost the cd to reinstall it back on system. could restore system to itunes 5 installed poss but would she lose all the track on the media player

its is a friends and it was working sound with itunes nmber 5 then i downloaded number 6 of itunes and the ipod comes on the side of itunes but cannot transfer songs to ipod just says browse you can download to itunes just not to the ipod

hmmmm i only just got my ipod so it came with iTunes 6. This made me register my iPod to it before i could transfer anything. It could be a new security feature....

There are other programs that allow you to transfer music to your iPod.

try a quick google, or see if anyone reads this and can reccommend something!
