Iso wont load

Just updated to cfw 3.90, loaded iso into iso folder on root menu but once selecting the game it comes up with error 80020148, game could not be started. Using a different memory card the memory icon freezes, but i think thats possibly a fake card.
I have tried UMD in and out, ive tried going into the restore menu pressing the right hand trigger and changing settings there and ive also tried pressing select and changing some of the settings. Can anyone help please. Thankyou.

Have you tried pressing the select button and changing the UMD ISO Mode settings to Sony NP9660, that is the only time I have encountered the error code.

Is there any particular reason you have updated to 3.90 m33 when the latest is 5.00 m33?

Would help if you told us what game your trying to play. But my hunch is that you're trying to play a new game on your older firmware.

Thus the solution would be to upgrade to 5.00

Have you got a game UMD in the drive? With the default settings it needs one. On the XMB press select and change the bottom setting to the one that has Sony in it.

Sorted Thanks

Thanks tp those above who tried to help. The problem was resolved by pluging memory card into the computer and transfering isos that way, they where not going on properly via usb, could be vista.

I have Vista and i put stuff onto my PSP via the cable into the PSP and i have never had problems. Only with a few dodgy ISO's like.
