My ipod battery is not lasting at all some times less than a hour,
even though my battery indicator says that it is fully charged and it goes off even though it says it still has battery life,

Does anyone know how to fix this problem or no where i can go to get a replacement apart from apples website coz i cant find the bit where to send it off to get replaced

Where did you buy it from?? You could always try your local apple retailer.

Any backups supplied to you are on the understanding that you own the original copy, if you do not, then you must destroy the backup copy within 24hrs as a sample copy!!
