I do not sell so please do not ask. Any back ups are used under the understanding that the poriginal is owned, or the back up is destroyed within 24 hours

I am using ITunes and a PC running windows 2000. I have managed to get some tunes on the IPod. When I used to add MP3's to my daughters MP3 player I could open the folder with the MP3's in it and drag and drop. For the Ipod I have to open the file in explorer double click on one of the tunes which then appears in the ITune menu. If I try to click on more than one MP3 then nothing happens.

My next problem is trying to get a DVD onto the Ipod. I have loaded one of my back ups but the files are -TS files which are not supported by Quick time. Any one help?

I do not buy or sale, please do not ask
