HSBC any1 else really hate the people who answere the phones
I've been in contact with HSBC a few times this week to arrange some kind of agreement to pay of my creditcard with them, in the last few months i have had to use my overdraft facility also which is a big pain!
Now when i rang, i spoke to a nice guy who helped me work out a way to pay this back by putting the creditcard and overdraft in one and then when i get paid, i wont be going over my overdraft by paying it back each time.
So.. we agreed, he put my application through the system, it came back on a conditional yes, saying that i have to cancell my overdraft facility, so i agreed.
He said that i will be getting a call in a few days explaining what will be happening.
I have had no calls, just ones asking if i want travel insurence etc, and a foreign women asking me all my details, so she basicly got told to hop it!
I rang them back today, and spoke to a foreign guy, who wasn't helpfull at all. I asked him to give me information on what the other guy did for me.
He said, "yahh so you want credit card?" WTF.. after about 10 minutes of this i put the phone down.
Now i know when working around europe its hard to interperate what people say, so i guess that could be the reason.
Would it be rude of me to ask to speak to an english person?
or is there anyway i can call this guy back- i dont have a number or anything, maybe they have it on the system they have? _________________ Lukas.
