You can ask for your charges back but be prepared for the bank to send you a letter when they have paid saying that they are going to close your account due to "a breakdown in relationship" with them which they are entitled to do.
And also, remember that your overdraft is payable on DEMAND.
Which means if you have got an overdraft and the bank ask you to pay it back immediately and you haven;t got the money.........hard cheese.
