im guessing this is a long term prob heres what you do
have a polite word with the managerteam leader of the company not the agency and say summit on these lines:
i know i work for the agency but not for you but i keep getting paid wrong could you speak to agency as i have got nowhere fast with them cheers
at this point if you have a decent boss hell go to his office phone up agency and say summit like this:
what sort of cowboy outfit are you i have guy here who wont do any overtime coz you cant sort out his pay now get it sorted or else ill contact that other agency
if your boss is an arse hell come out with cant help you its the agency you should speak too,at this point reply with look ill be blunt if the agency cant sort out my overtime i cant do any overtime,hopefully at this point hell say the above paragraph to agency or words to that effect.
the point is agencies will happily pi$$ you off but if they get the impression they are upsetting a client they get very nervous and sort out your problems very quickly,and if you must know yes this has happened to me at time boss invited me into office and made call whilst i listened after that never had any more probs _________________ my ref

well i would but the fact that they are making me do 6-2:30 and 1:30 to 10pm rotating shifts all of a sudden makes me not want to ask, i cant do the latter shift as i do things during the week after work, i have explained this but get a blunt answer basically saying piss off then lol, ive tried to ask if i can do the early and 10-7 instead of 1:30-10 but they wnt even comprimise. Idiots so maybe ill have to get a new job _________________

Bah, be glad your not on salary.
I get paid for 39hrs a week yet me and my fellow manager spend atleast 50+ hours within the store a week _________________ All backups to be destroyed within 24hrs.
