As soon as I saw the negs coming in on his feedback I raised a Paypal Dispute.
Today I notice the Robbing Cucking Funt is no longer Registered. I assume the Paypal Account has been emptied too.
I can't even leave any feedback for him.
Now what happens to my dispute? Can Paypal Still pull the money back from him or am I down the river (along with a whole load of others!!)

Paypal will still be able to refund your money, just keep at them.
The ripper will obviously need a bank account to make any use of Paypal if he needs to withdraw the money. Paypal will take money from his account and leave it in the red, At least he'll be unable to open any new accounts with that bank account if he does a runner..
let us know how you get on, good luck m8. I hate these sort of people on Ebay. Looking at his long history of feedback though, I would've stayed well clear
Paypal should be able to help with a full refund, however does depend if they have removed all funding links (bank and card) in which case they may struggle but you will hopefully be covered..keep us informed _________________ Ebay Forum : Free Ebay Templates
Looking at his long history of negative feedbacks .why on earth did u go and bid in the 1st place. _________________ If you don't own the original, destroy backups within 24 hours
He must reply by 5th May so I expect to hear nothing until then.
I know, I know, hindsight is wonderful.
Everything sold as untested was broke. I cannot believe how or why people will part with money for something untested. It is OBVIOUSLY going to be broken.
I only bid as it was the only one going at the time and I needed it quickly (got on a buy it now) and it clearly stated it was Tested and Working.
I was never too comfortable about it but whats done is done........ so far!!
We have completed our investigation into the claim detailed below.
We've reviewed the evidence in this case and decided in your favour. As
a
result, we have recovered funds from the seller, and 32.50 GBP has been
credited to your PayPal account. This is the maximum amount covered by
PayPal Buyer Protection.
If your claim was for more than the amount covered by PayPal Buyer
Protection, you are entitled to be paid the balance of the claim by the
seller. We will make our best effort to recover the balance from the
seller.
Please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller
if the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund
owed
to you.
So does that mean Paypal are going to chase up the other £15 for me??

No.... the other £15 is the admin fee they charge you. The same happened to me before and i was £15 short. I emailed them and they said that they charge £15 for sorting it all out. _________________
I have not received a few items form people on ebay and i'm sure there must be something dodgy going on as some sellers still en up with good feedback eventhough they are complete wakners! I have spoken to people at paypal before and they don;t really seem to care maybe they are getting rich on the £15 admin charge they get for not actually getting all the money back. Why shoudl they get an admin charge when they haven't completed the job?? _________________ Smileysnowflake:
