Im planning a holiday to barbados next may. Im looking to spend something around £450 £500 for a week break.

Anyone know anywhere that i could get a good deal??

you could try the airport for a last minute deal if you`ve got your bags and stuff ready i got 14nights for me and my missus £330 each hotel wasn`t that great but heh! for that price who cares

I went a couple of years ago, can't remember who through though...so that doesn't really help lol!

But managed to get 14 nights for £450, and that was booking a couple of months before we went.

Was allocation on arrival, which I always worry about, but hotel was very nice, and near to St.Lawrence Gap. If you go, make sure you go to the local 'fish fry' on friday nights. Oh, and also to Harbour Lights on a wednesday night i think it was. Club right on the beach, where you pay about a tenner to get in, then free drinks all night

I also recommend hiring a car and seeing all the island. Its not very big, and we did it all in a day or two! The north and east side of the island is very rough and rugged....yet the south and west is so peaceful and calm you wouldn't believe the differnce! So make sure your hotel is on the south or west for the best beaches!
