when i incode a film on my pc it keeps freezing , i have tryed it with about 4 different programmes?

and clues what can be causing this to happen?

does it freeze when you play the encoded files on your pc, or after you burn to dvd?
if its the first one, your original file may be corrupt.
if its the latter, you're either burning too fast or you're using crap media, or your dvd writer is on its way out, or maybe you need to defrag your pc
