Absolute crap! - nothing but problems with them, if they was £1 for 100 i still wouldnt buy anymore.

When people burn at 8x on 4x disks that causes all sorts of problems, and that includes ritek disks too. If you wanna burn at 8 buy 8 speed disks, and even then i would only goto 6 !

i must say ...the differance you get pack to pack from the disk makes it a very poor buy...shame they dont monitor quality better..because its not a bad disk when you get lucky and get a good caketub Confused

As I have said previously there seems to be 2 very different dyes available for these discs and the ones I tried were AN31 and absolutely crap. I still have a couple left if anyone wants to see them.

And what dye are these? AN31 or Infosmart? AN31 are fine with Data but crap with movies. Infosmart seem to be OK with movies. This is what seems to be the cause of the mixed view of opinions with these discs.

Would anyone care to comment on this??

it was the AN31 that i got even though they was supposed to be infosmart ! and they was absolut crap m8. I suppose 8x for data is ok but not good for movies/games.

i have not tested the dye yet, but these are very good for x-box games (as long as it's new & has a samsung drive).

i must report a couple of failures @ 8x and another couple @ 4x.

but 6 failures out of 200 disks cannot be bad.

stopped using these now....too many failures, must of had a crap batch.

Not good on NEC 1300a. Slightly better hit rate than the Bulkpaq Oranges but I now simply stick with G04s.

This is not a problem with your media but with your system. OTF or from HD will not be affected by the burning media only by the readability and file transfer rate of your system
