Right last night my kitchen ceiling was dripping water.
my neighbour is a plummer,he turned my water off and made some holes in the ceiling for my water to run out.
I took up my lino in the bathroom and it was soaking.

Im with british gas for home care,they been out today and its the seliant around my plug and bath sides thats been letting the water thru which has built up over time and leaked.

im going to have a new bathroom anyway,but wondered if id be able to claim off my insurance for like my kitchen ceiling (even thou we made the holes),new lino etc.

I work in this game and as long as u have accidental damage then you will definetly get your ceiling, decorating & ure lino renewed

imate put his foot through his ceiling once and they paid out. thats whats its there for
