Is there anyway we can do a real test on which discs to use in terms of disc quality. So every could post a screenshot of thier test graph, state the numbers and state what thier setup is (DVD Writer, Media, Speed Burnt and Software). Then we could properly compare. It would be like the DVD comparision stickied in this thread but from all of us together. Would also be interesting to see if the Verbs are as good as everyone says.

EDIT:

And everyone who has two different media, can do thier own mini comparisons and post these. Then in general we can see which discs are better no matter the drive being burnt on.

I've gone through lots of datawrite dl discs reciently, the full face printables had 1 in 10 or worse fail rate during burning, the 3/4 face printables 1 in 100 fail, no compatability issues reported to me so would say both types are excelent discs for 360 backups, just the fail rate with the full face datawrites.. the 1s rkmedia stock are the 3/4's Smile

I've just got my 360, and am in the process of getting the drive flashed, I've heard that different drives take to different discs, so what's right for one may not be right for some.
That being said, I think what I'm gonna do is buy a stand-out good disc (like verb or trax) and bundle in a lesser quality pack every time I order some new ones to see how they go.
This week I got some verbs for the games I really want like Saints Row and Fifa 07, and I've also got a 10 pack of Datawrite Titanium 2.4's to see if they are any good.
I've got a Pioneer 111D ready to go so I'll keep you posted, has anyone else tried the Titaniums?

sanj there will be no increase, just a decrease, allready down to £36.64 for 25 and itll get less and less as the months roll on so dont worry and dont fly out to buy a million verbs....No neeed...

Mirror are okay at the mo, but verbs are the way forward
