casino royale is good. nice and cheap too. ive seen it £6 on ebay loadsa times.
pirates of the caribean trilogy
spiderman trilogy u can get it around £20 most places. its on special offer on play.com and dvd.co.uk all the time
last samurai looks great in HD, but not sure if its on bluray. theres hdrips of it online that will play on the ps3
dont forget the oldies though, youd be suprised how good an old film looks like in its full glory. i got all the die hards and they look fantastic. ive always been used to seeing them on telly but in HD they look 100 times better.

And i totally agree with batman, obviously the older films wont look as good as the new, but some are very close.
Id say blade runner is the film to show off how good an old film can look.
And ye, last samuri is out on blu-ray, ive got it, but havnt watched it yet.
If your in to animated movies, the vast majority look great on blu-ray.
I think though, if you buy anything modern, its going to look very good, blu-ray quality is pretty consistent.
