Hi getting a bathroom suite fitted . iam supplying the bathroom suite and the shower plus towel radiator. have had quotes of £500 and £750 it going in the some place as before. what do you thing of these prices.

I'm getting a new one fitted too - had similar prices. Was going to cost me about £150 just to replace the taps so I may as well get everything done.

i have done this myself and saved loads of money, it's not to difficult as you are relaceing the sweet not moving it as i did,just take you time and before you no it its done.

just make sure you have all the right connectors and your sorted.

it was my first time at this and i did the kitchen.

Only kiddin, its no a bad price but stay on top of them and make sure after they have done the plumbing you check it before they tile or box it in

Never look up the yellow pages or any sort of trade directory!
Ask your friends and family to recommend a plumber
Ask what sort of job they did,how satisfied they were with the work,what their prices were like
Really,you are talking 2 plumbers wages for the best part of a day for that job
£250-£375 each?

ive just ripped my bathroom out, i was quoted 1400 for full fitting and fully tiled floor and walls.
so im doing it myself, i will try post any pics if i do a decent job, just cracked on with all the plumming today, now for the tiling !!!
