The only thing I can advise is to keep on at PayPal, also get in touch with the post office to see if the phone has been signed for. If it's been signed for, then pass this info onto Paypal, all they have to do is ring up royal mail and give them the tracking number.
Did you send it recorded delivery (orange royal mail slip) or Special (silver).
Recorded delivery is a bit hit and miss. They will only actually have any record of the package if it has actually been signed for.
Special Delivery is tracked at every point on the despatch route.

fake email from ebay
Hi all, i recieved this which i thought i was from ebay

I clicked on the link not thinking at the time  and it took me to a page where it asked me for my credit card details and my four digit pin number! Then the alarm bells started to ring. I reported it to ebay and they then sent me an email back saying it wasn't from them. I had to change all my passwords to all my online accounts. They also told me to do a virus check (it was clear thank-god!) I was very lucky and have certainly learnt my lesson. I just wanted u peeps to be aware of this just in case.

I got caught out by the power seller scam and had my account hijacked. My email address on ebay was changed and auctions placed in my name which were withdrawn by ebay once they realized it had been hijacked. Luckily it was soon spotted by ebay and restored without anyone losing out. When my email account was restored i had a few emails from people interested in the auction whom i notified immediately that it was a scam and not to purchase the item. I will definitely be a lot more vigilant from now on.

Im sure you will get it back, if you have not done so already.
My mum sent a ornament on ebay for just over £200, it was a ladro one. Anyway the same thing as you happened and paypal froze her payment. She provided paypal with all the shipping information then they released the money back to her.

is this a scam
thought it was just checking and would not use it because they could block your sim card but it is listed on ebay and seven people have purchased it have know about it for about two years cheers m8
