hi my antivirus just ran out now i need to think of getting a new one

i would like one that doesent slow my computer down

i have tryed norton and avg


plz recomend some others

Panda and AVG are both good, I still prefer norton's but you do have to pay a subscription

i have a copy of noton 2005 a retail copy wich they install on new computers.

i know about avg not keen on it.

whats better norton 2005 or macaffe 2005 all in one

Mcafees all the way here not as intrusive or nasty as norton and a lot better than any of the free software

I'd go for macafee mate, nortons a bit of a system hog which slows yer pc. Also, when I transferred from norton to macafee, 3 virus' were found which norton hadn't detected.

I have used mcafee for a year now m8
yesterday it stopped 2 trojans from getting on my son's pc

so ud all say mcafee over norton as long as it stops virus and doesent slow my comp down it will do for me ive tryed avg but dont like it i have it installed on my other pc though.
